Corporate AI enablement

We don't teach AI.
We make your team
ship with it.

Two days of training, one week of building, and a scoreboard at the end. Your team leaves with working tools, not notes they never open again.

(Before we arrive) Day 0

Recon

Before we set foot in your office, we sit with your team leads and map how work actually gets done. Which reports take four hours. Which emails get rewritten five times. Which spreadsheet three people maintain by hand. Everything we teach on Day 1 and Day 2 is built around what we find here, so nobody sits through a generic AI 101.

(Day 1, on site) Day 1

Ground

Your team learns what AI actually is, what it is genuinely good at, and where it confidently lies to you. We cover prompting, context, tool selection, and the trust and privacy rules for handling company data. Roughly half the day is hands on, because reading about it teaches nothing.

Apply

We open the list from Step 1 and attack their real problems live. Every person leaves the room having solved at least one task from their own job with AI, start to finish, with us in the room while they do it.

(The following 7 days) Days 3–9

The Build Sprint

We leave, and the work starts. Each person or team picks one real problem in their department and builds something that fixes it. A dashboard, an automation, an internal tool, a report generator, whatever the problem calls for. We stay reachable through the week with daily office hours, so nobody stays stuck.

Demo Day

We come back. Everyone presents what they built and what it saves in hours or rupees. Every person who ships gets certified. The top three get awards and prizes. The number one build goes up on our Wall of Fame, with their name and their company on it.

(What you keep) Day 10 +

Handover

The engagement ends. The capability stays. Every tool your team built keeps running inside your company, and we leave you with a shortlist of the people who should be running this internally from here.

Tools stay with youInternal championsYou run it from here

What you keep

Your team walks away with more than a certificate.

Working tools

Dashboards, automations, and internal tools built by your own people during the sprint — running inside your company from day ten.

A certified team

Every person who ships gets certified. The top builds get awards — and your quietest people often surprise everyone.

Internal champions

A shortlist of the people in your team who should run this internally — the ones who keep shipping long after we leave.

Your team already has the problems.
We give them the tools and a deadline.

Two days on site. One week of building. One demo day. Tell us the team size and we will send a scoped plan.
