About us

AI training that ends with something shipped.

Human School exists because most corporate AI workshops end with a slide deck and a certificate. Ours ends with working tools, built by your own people, running inside your company.

Why we exist

The problem with AI training is that it's training.

Every company we talk to has run some version of the same play: an expensive one-day workshop, a room full of nodding heads, and then — nothing. The notes go in a drawer. The tools stay unopened. Six months later, the team is exactly where it started, except now they're skeptical too.

The gap was never knowledge. It's the distance between hearing about AI and shipping something with it. Nobody crosses that gap in a lecture. They cross it by building a real thing, for a real problem, with a real deadline — and someone in their corner while they do it.

So we built Human School around one rule: the engagement isn't over until your team has shipped. Not understood. Not "upskilled". Shipped.

What we believe

Four rules we refuse to break.

Hands-on beats lectures

Nobody learns AI by watching slides about it. Half of every training day is your team actually doing the work, with us in the room.

Real problems beat demos

We never teach on toy examples. Everything is built around the reports, emails, and spreadsheets your team already fights every week.

Deadlines make it real

Day 10 is Demo Day whether the build is pretty or not. A scoreboard and a date do more for adoption than any amount of encouragement.

You keep everything

The tools, the wins, the internal champions. We build ourselves out of a job — that's the point.

Founders

Two builders. One rule: ship.

Om Shah

Co-founder

Om skipped campus placements to build. Three years of taking rental ventures from zero to one led to Verispace — trust and verification infrastructure for India's rental economy — and The Rental Community, a network of 190+ rental business owners he grew out of a single WhatsApp group.

Human School exists because of how he works: with AI workflows and a two-person engineering team, he shipped nine internal products in one year — no designer, no marketer. Now he teaches teams to do the same.

Aryan Yede

Co-founder

Aryan finds the broken process, builds the fix, and makes sure it scales. At Graas.ai he ran e-commerce operations across 10+ Schneider Electric stores and drove the Magento-to-Shopify migration for PNG Jewellers — coordinating clients, developers and QA across countries.

Along the way he built 20+ automation tools that erased whole categories of manual work. In Human School, he maps how your team actually works — and makes sure what gets built in the sprint keeps running.
